Every week your congregation gathers together to worship and praise the Lord Jesus Christ. All across this unique city, many, many congregations gather in the same manner to praise Jesus just as you do. Revelation 7:9 tells us that the worship in Heaven will include people from every tribe, language and nation. That means you – and the people you lead – will be a part of Heaven’s worship along with countless people of various backgrounds and styles. Imagine leading your people to take part in a gathering that prepares us for just a glimpse of that unified heavenly worship!

On November 1, 2008 at Rogers Centre in Toronto, Canada, there will be a gathering of worshippers representing every country on the face of the Earth. We are asking you to lead your congregation to be a part of this historic gathering of worshippers. We are calling the gathering Heaven’s Rehearsal. Your commitment to being there is the key to unleashing the benefits of God’s commanded blessing over His people who dwell together in unity!

This is an opportunity to make history as a tangible answer to the prayer of Jesus for the unity of His church (John 17:21-23). We believe that Heaven’s Rehearsal is a strategic end-time assignment that God has placed on His Church in Canada and in so many hearts.

Because of our unique multi-cultural make-up, this is the country and the city that most closely reflects what Heaven looks like (Rev. 7:9). Toronto is the most ethnically diverse city in the world. We know the Church is the Bride of Christ. And just as any bride would have a rehearsal for her “big day”, so we have the opportunity to rehearse and prepare ourselves for THAT DAY when we will be united to our Heavenly Bridegroom.

What is Heaven’s Rehearsal?

Heaven's Rehearsal is a gathering to unite followers of Jesus in preparation for the day we all stand as one in Heaven before His throne. Together, we will follow the protocol and worship that scripture describes. As in Heaven, there will be no preacher or featured singing group - the honour will be given to God alone. We will worship with the finest musicians, vocalists, and dancers and we, the bride of Christ, will be ushered into the very presence of God. Every scripture read, every song and dance offered, will be directed to the throne of God.

We believe the impact of Heaven's Rehearsal has the potential to pollinate globally and further establish the Kingdom of God.
